Roofing and Painting in Colorado Springs!

Mountain Views Construction LLC was one of the names provided to us by the supplier from whom we purchased our Milgard Windows. Mountain Views was highly rated by the supplier, so we called Mountain Views for an estimate for the installation. Aldo, the owner of Mountain Views came to our home and graciously provided a very reasonable estimate. During our initial encounter we were pleased to learn that his company not only installed windows but also did roofing, siding, painting, remodeling, etc. We engaged his company to address our siding installation and fencing needs as well. Our experience with Mountain View was excellent. Aldo ran a very tight ship. His team was very punctual each day and diligent in performing their work. They worked tirelessly to ensure that our projects were completed as per our expectations, ensuring that we were very satisfied with their work. Aldo even went above and beyond. Every one of our needs and concerns was addressed to our satisfaction and the jobs were finished timely. Suffice it to say, we highly recommend Mountain View Construction.

Mountain Views Construction did a phenomenal job siding our rental property. They were professional, prompt, communicative and did the job faster than I could have imagined. Our 1898 cottage downtown had original shake cedar siding that was in very bad shape and they removed the panels quickly and with minimal mess. They went the extra mile, adding inch plywood where it was originally missing and spray in insulation where they found any gaps. The installation of the ****** siding went up quicker than the demo and they did a great job adding soffits to the unit to give it that finished look. We requested they use 4 different paint colors to match the cottage with the front house and they did so with minimal instructions and matched the color scheme perfectly. All this was done over a short 4 day period with minimal disruption to our renters and we could not be more pleased with the results. One of my renters was very concerned about the cleanup and she was so impressed with the work they did to remove any trace that anything had happened, we were equally as impressed. Once the work was completed, **** did a walk through and was courteous and friendly while explaining all of the work they had done, making sure we were happy with the results. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job they did and we plan to hire them for some work we need done at our house. I couldnt recommend this company more!

We were very pleased with the paint job MVC did on our house. They did the job promptly and the paint job was excellent and done as I requested. They replaced all the siding damaged by age and in our case a very determined Western Flicker who managed to drill 3 inch holes all over.
